Hooray! There's snow in the Sierra Nevada

With hardly a flake falling in December, Californians (and Nevadans) are absolutely elated about the recent snow storms hitting the Sierra Nevada. This means there will be plenty of the white stuff over the President's Weekend.

Our family is hoping to head for the mountains this weekend for at least one night and I was just on the Best Western site looking for rooms. There are still a few left—book now!
